Fung Fung received her Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine (CSTCM), Colorado. She has earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry with an Art minor at Marietta College, Ohio. She has also completed 4 years of pre-med pre-requisites. Her undergrad biomedicine research focused on the study of diabetes and metabolic syndrome, which were funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Her summer internships were completed at the biomedical labs of University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA) and University of California San Francisco (UCSF). Fung Fung currently serves as a faculty at the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

During her free time, Fung Fung likes to test various recipes, from making homemade probiotics to formulating nutritious herbal soups. Some of her favorite activities include swimming, hiking the beautiful Colorado outdoors, and going on road trips to hunt for gem stones. Fung Fung also likes to dedicate her time to creating functional pieces of art in the pottery studio.
