Our established and expanding acupuncture clinic is seeking a skilled, compassionate Medical Massage Therapist to join our collaborative care team. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who values clinical results, enjoys working in a calm and healing environment, and wants to partner closely with a licensed acupuncturist to support long-term patient wellness.
About the Role
You will provide medical and therapeutic massage treatments for patients with a wide range of conditions commonly treated in our clinic, including:
- Chronic pain conditions
- Peripheral neuropathy
- Bell’s palsy
- Infertility
- Sinus congestion and allergy-related conditions
We are especially interested in therapists who are familiar with or trained in:

Trigger point therapy / trigger point network

Lymphatic drainage

Tui Na (Chinese medical massage)
Responsibilities

Deliver customized, results-driven medical massage treatments

Collaborate with the acupuncturist to support integrated treatment plans

Maintain accurate and detailed patient charts

Prepare and clean treatment rooms; help maintain a clean, professional clinic environment

Uphold a patient-centered, professional standard of care
Schedule & Location Requirements

Must be able to work at both Centennial and Castle Rock locations

Must be available to work Saturdays
Employment Details

W2 Employee position
-
Commission-based pay: $38–$50 per 45-minute massage (based on experience)

Please note: we do not accept tips from patients
Qualifications

Valid Colorado Massage Therapy License
-
2–3 years of massage therapy experience preferred
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Professional, dependable, and patient-focused approach

Experience with medical or therapeutic massage strongly preferred

Training or hands-on experience in lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, and/or Tui Na is a major plus

Interview Process
As part of the interview process, candidates may be asked to demonstrate—in a brief 5-10 minutes practical session—how they would approach treating a patient with one of the common conditions we treat.
