Does dry needling hurt?

While dry needling should elicit a local twitch response, it should not cause pain or discomfort. After dry needling you can expect to experience pain relief and improvement in your range of motion.

How long is a dry needling session?

A follow up dry needling session typically lasts about 20 to 30 minutes. If you’re a new patient, you can expect your first appointment to be between 45 to 60 minutes.

What do I need to know for my first dry needling appointment?

Your first appointment includes an initial consultation which takes about 15 to 20 minutes and we allow additional time for you to receive your first treatment after consultation.

Is dry needling covered by my insurance?

Dry needling is not covered by any health insurance, however, you are able to make payment using HSA or FSA card for this procedure.
